1. PURPOSE
This document contains the general terms under which the Merchant provides services to Customers and grants access to the use of https://dnk-d-sign.com/ and the products and services available through that website.

3. DEFINITIONS
Merchant – ART-TERRA PROMIDŽBA j.d.o.o.
Customer – any natural or legal person using the website, including browsing, ordering, purchasing goods, returns, and exchanges, and who agrees to the terms of service.
Website – www.dnk-d-sign.com domain and its subdomains owned by ART-TERRA PROMIDŽBA j.d.o.o.
Online store – online platform for purchasing goods via http://dnk-d-sign.com/
General Terms – by selecting any item, link, or button found on http://dnk-d-sign.com/ (except the link to these terms), the Customer agrees and accepts the terms of this website.
ZZP – Consumer Protection Act ZZOP – Personal Data Protection Act
Personal Data – means personal data as defined under the Personal Data Protection Act (ZZOP).
Account – registration on http://dnk-d-sign.com/ by the Customer using an email address and password, enabling order/contract creation and containing user information and browsing history.
Order – e-document representing the communication between the Merchant and the Customer, through which the Customer informs the Merchant of the intention to purchase goods and services from http://dnk-d-sign.com/
Goods and Services – any subject of the contract.
Contract – agreement between the Merchant and the Customer for the purchase of goods at the prices listed on the website and in accordance with these terms; each order represents a separate contract.
Content – any information including images, text, design, software, databases, etc., also any information provided by the Merchant to the Customer through the website regarding products, services, prices, discounts, and communications as a form of interaction.
Delivery – receiving ordered and paid goods.
Courier – a company registered to operate as a Postal Service delivering purchased goods to the Customer’s address.
Payment – the transfer of financial resources for the purchase of goods via the website in accordance with the Payment Methods.
4. MAIN PROVISIONS
4.1. All terms are mandatory for all Customers on https://dnk-d-sign.com/.
4.2. The Merchant may amend these terms at any time. Each Customer should regularly check this page for possible changes.
4.3. Any use of the website means that the Customer has agreed, accepted, and is bound by the General Terms.
4.4. By using the website, the Customer is responsible for any damage or loss to the Merchant or third parties as a result of their actions or omissions.
4.5. If the Customer does not agree with these Terms, they should not use this website.
4.6. The Customer has the right not to agree with the General Terms if no contract or obligation exists with the Merchant.
4.7. The website http://dnk-d-sign.com/ is available for Customers in Croatia, EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, and North Macedonia. Customers must be 18 years or older and possess valid identification. Otherwise, the Customer is subject to criminal liability.
4.8. If any clause of these Terms is not applicable or invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
5. CONTENT
5.1. DNK by ART-TERRA PROMIDŽBA j.d.o.o. ensures the accuracy of information provided to the Customer through the website.
5.2. DNK by ART-TERRA PROMIDŽBA j.d.o.o. is not responsible for technical errors, inaccuracies in descriptions or product images, prices, or any unauthorized external damage. If the Customer notices any of these, they should notify the Merchant.
5.3. Product descriptions and prices may be changed at any time and may contain errors.
5.4. http://dnk-d-sign.com/ contains links to other websites with their own privacy policies. ART-TERRA PROMIDŽBA j.d.o.o. is not responsible for the privacy policies of those websites.
5.5. DNK by ART-TERRA PROMIDŽBA j.d.o.o. is not responsible for Customer losses caused by using the website. All costs related to this type of damage are borne by the Customer.
6. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
6.1. Customers use the interface of http://dnk-d-sign.com/ to conclude contracts on the website.
6.2. These contracts represent these Terms, available at http://dnk-d-sign.com/. The specifics of each contract are described in each order confirmed by the Customer.
6.3. The parties to the contract are the Merchant and the Customer, along with the personal data provided during registration.
6.4. The Customer creates orders on the website to obtain goods and services with payment.
6.5. The Merchant informs the Customer by email or telephone that the order has been received, which does not mean acceptance or obligation by the Merchant. Each order is accompanied by an order confirmation email.
6.6. The Merchant may not deliver goods or services from the order due to unavailability in stock, price changes, etc. In such cases, the Merchant will inform the Customer by email or phone. The Merchant is responsible for refunding the full amount within 14 days of the notification.
6.7. The conclusion and confirmation of the contract are considered received when the parties are able to access them.
6.8. The courier delivers goods to the Customer’s address and is not responsible in case of incorrect details.
6.9. If the Customer has prepaid for goods and/or services that the Merchant cannot deliver, the Merchant will notify the Customer and issue a refund within 14 days of discovery or cancellation.
7. ORDER
7.1. The Customer may place orders for goods and services at https://dnk-d-sign.com/ at any time, with or without a registered account. ART-TERRA PROMIDŽBA j.d.o.o. provides discounts to its registered Customers – both individuals and legal entities. Discounts for legal entities are determined by their chosen business sector. ART-TERRA PROMIDŽBA j.d.o.o. reserves the right to unilaterally change these terms.
7.2. By confirming the order, the Customer confirms that their personal information is correct.
7.3. The website provides information on each product’s availability in stock or estimated delivery date. After an order has been submitted, some products may be unavailable due to system updates. In such a case, the Merchant will inform the Customer by email.
7.4. After submitting an order, the Customer agrees to be contacted to confirm availability, price, and delivery date.
7.5. The Merchant may reject an order or part of it, in which case the Merchant will notify the Customer. Rejection does not affect either party in the following cases:
- Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the Customer
- The Customer has caused damage to the Merchant or a third party
- Product unavailability in stock
- Incorrect financial transaction
8. RETURNS
8.1. The Customer has the right to cancel the contract and return ordered goods within 14 days of delivery.
8.2. To cancel the contract, the Customer must fill out a return form or send an email to: shop@dnk-d-sign.com or dnk.masarykova@gmail.com. The information the Customer must provide includes: name, address, phone number, email address, order number, reason for cancellation, and product description.
8.3. The Customer has the right to exchange the product for the same type or for a product from another category from the DNK by ART-TERRA PROMIDŽBA j.d.o.o. offer. Both the Merchant and Customer agree to settle any price differences between the returned and requested product.
8.4. If the Customer cancels the contract, they will bear the cost of returning the goods to the Merchant’s warehouse in Croatia.
8.5. If the Customer cancels the contract or receipt of the delivered goods, the price paid for the goods and delivery will be refunded within 14 days from the date of cancellation.
8.6. The Merchant may delay the refund until the goods have been received back or proof of return has been provided.
8.7. Goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and securely packaged. All goods must be in original packaging, with product labels and documentation.
8.8. The Merchant reserves the right to withhold the refund if the Customer returns goods with damage, scratches, missing components, or missing labels and documentation.
8.9. Refunds will be made using the following payment methods:
- By credit or debit card – refund to the account from which the payment was received
- To the Customer’s bank account
8.10. Return shipping costs in these cases are borne by the Customer. 8.11. Goods must be returned in original packaging and with documentation. When cancelling a contract for more than one product of the same group or category, the Customer may open only one product; the rest must remain sealed and returned in their original packaging. 8.12. The right to cancel the contract is not accepted for goods returned with damage, tears, missing components, or missing labels and documentation. The Customer has the right to file a complaint under these Terms.
9. ONLINE SALES POLICY
9.1. Each Customer accesses the website: http://dnk-d-sign.com/
9.2. Each Customer may place an order, with or without registering an account.
9.3. All product and/or service prices on the website are final, displayed in HRK (kn) or EUR (€), including VAT and all other taxes and charges.
9.4. Additional discounts do not apply to promotional or discounted products.
9.5. Before placing an order, each Customer confirms that they agree with these Terms.
9.6. Once the Customer places their order, a confirmation window will display the order details including purchased products, payment method, and delivery options. The Merchant is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
9.7. For online payments or bank transfers, the Merchant is not responsible for any additional fees, charges, or costs associated with the transaction. These are borne by the Customer.
9.8. http://dnk-d-sign.com/ reserves the right to limit the Customer’s access to registration or payment methods. In such a case, the Merchant is not responsible for any losses incurred. If the Customer requires information regarding account limitations, they may contact the Merchant.
9.9. The Customer may post comments in designated sections of http://dnk-d-sign.com/. Comments containing offensive or inappropriate information will not be published. The Merchant may act upon received information.
9.10. Communication between the Customer and Merchant can take place via the website or personal contact.
9.11. When the Customer creates an account or confirms an order, they may choose to receive electronic newsletters. They may unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or sending a request to dnk.masarykova@gmail.com or shop@dnk-d-sign.com.
10. PAYMENT TERMS
10.1. All product and/or service prices on the website are final, displayed in HRK (kn) or EUR (€), including VAT and all other taxes and charges.
Non-EU countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Liechtenstein, Norway, UK, Ukraine, Serbia.
In accordance with Article 45, para.1, item 1 of the VAT Act, prices for non-EU countries are shown without VAT. VAT is paid according to the laws of the country of delivery.
Serbia, Norway, Liechtenstein, Ukraine, and Bosnia and Herzegovina: orders up to 7,500 HRK (1,000 €) are exempt from export customs clearance. Orders above 7,500 HRK (1,000 €) are subject to customs clearance fees as per the price list of DPD Croatia (www.dpd.hr).
10.2. When purchasing products in our webshop, payments can be made in several ways:
1. Cash on delivery – payment in cash upon receiving the shipment – available only for Customers in Croatia.
2. Bank transfer / general payment slip / internet banking – payment based on a pro forma invoice sent to the email address provided when placing the order.
If payment is made via bank transfer (payment slip, bank transfer, or internet banking), the Customer must use the following payment details:

3. By credit card – single payment or installments with American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, or Diners Club cards.
Online Payment Security
Payments by credit card are processed through the CorvusPay payment system – an advanced system for secure online card acceptance. The CorvusPay system ensures complete confidentiality of your card and personal data from the moment you enter them into the CorvusPay payment form. Payment data is encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. Our store never comes into contact with your full card details. The payment form is secured with SSL transport encryption of the highest reliability. All stored data is additionally protected with encryption and a certified cryptographic device in accordance with FIPS 140-2 Level 3. CorvusPay meets all security requirements for online payments as prescribed by leading card brands and operates in compliance with PCI DSS Level 1 – the highest security standard in the payment card industry. Payments with cards included in the 3-D Secure program are additionally verified by your bank using a token or password.
All sensitive data is completely safe, and its privacy is guaranteed by the most modern security mechanisms.
10.3. For each order, the Customer must provide the basic details required for issuing an invoice.
10.4. The Merchant will issue an invoice to the Customer according to the order details.
11. DELIVERY INFORMATION
11.1. The Merchant will ship products to the Customer’s address after receiving payment, provided the Customer’s address is within Croatia, the European Union (EU), Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, UK, Norway, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, or North Macedonia.
11.2. The Merchant must ensure the correctness of the shipment and accompanying documentation.
11.3. The Merchant is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier service.
11.4. The Merchant is not responsible for incorrect delivery details.
11.5. Delivery time for confirmed and paid goods shipped to the Customer’s address is 2 to 10 business days within Croatia, and up to 14 business days outside Croatia, after order confirmation and stock verification. Delivery time may be extended due to public holidays and/or weekends. In case of delay, the Merchant will notify the Customer via email. If a product is out of stock, the Merchant will inform the Customer about the possible delivery date, or offer a replacement or refund.
11.6. http://dnk-d-sign.com/ may require order confirmation via email or phone. If no confirmation is received, the order will be cancelled.
11.7. If the delivered products appear damaged, the Customer should request the courier to complete a damage report before accepting the goods and immediately notify DNK by ART-TERRA PROMIDŽBA j.d.o.o. at +385 91 7975436 or shop@dnk-d-sign.com. If the Customer does not report any issues upon receipt, all later complaints regarding loss, visible defects, or mechanical damage will be rejected.
12. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
12.1. The content, text, trademark (logo), images, symbols, titles, measures, weights, and multimedia content provided and placed on the website are the exclusive property of http://dnk-d-sign.com/.
12.2. The Customer has no right to copy, distribute, publish, modify, make available to third parties, sell, or exchange content from http://dnk-d-sign.com/ without the Merchant’s consent.
12.3. The Customer may use the content only for personal, non-commercial purposes that are not contrary to these General Terms.
13. CONFIDENTIALITY
13.1. The Customer is responsible for protecting the confidentiality of their username, password, and account access.
13.2. The Customer agrees that the Merchant may use their confidential/personal information for marketing purposes, personal contact, and legal requirements without prior consent.
13.3. The Customer agrees that information provided to the Merchant may be used, reproduced, published, distributed, or adapted. The Merchant has no obligation to keep such information confidential.
13.4. The Customer may always request correction or updating of their personal data when inaccurate, incomplete, or irrelevant.
13.5. The Customer is not allowed to disclose contract information without the Merchant’s exclusive consent.
14. WARRANTY
All DNK by ART-TERRA PROMIDŽBA j.d.o.o. products on the website carry a legal warranty according to current law and business policy. Products are brand new and in original packaging.
15. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
Ownership of goods is transferred to the Customer upon delivery and receipt of payment. Delivery will be confirmed with the Customer’s signature.
16. COMMENTS AND REVIEWS
16.1. Comments and reviews represent personal opinions based on first-hand experience. By posting comments or reviews on the website, the Customer declares and guarantees they are 18 years or older and that all published content is true and accurate.
16.2. The Merchant reserves the right not to publish comments and reviews.
16.3. Comments or reviews not related to the product will not be published on the website.
16.4. Comments or reviews containing false, inaccurate, or defamatory information will not be published on the website.
16.5. Comments or reviews containing any information about prices will not be published on the website.
16.6. Comments or reviews that include references to other websites, URLs, email addresses, or phone numbers will not be published.
16.7. Comments or reviews that violate copyrights, trademarks, or third-party advertising will not be published.
16.8. By posting a comment or review, the Customer declares and guarantees they are the author of the content.
16.9. The Merchant reserves the right to modify, edit, or delete any comment or review posted by the Customer.
17. LIABILITY
17.1. The Merchant shall not be liable for negligence, consequential damages, or damages caused by the Customer or third parties resulting from force majeure or circumstances beyond the Merchant’s control.
17.2. If the Merchant is liable, liability shall be limited to the value of the relevant goods (excluding VAT).
17.3. The internet is not a secure, error-free environment, and the Merchant shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the website. In case of technical failures leading to incorrect data being displayed, the Merchant will notify the Customer before shipping the order.

The purpose of this policy is to inform you how we, as the data controller, handle your personal data and your right to control these activities.

19. FORCE MAJEURE
19.1. Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in fulfilling this agreement caused by force majeure – an unforeseen event beyond the control of the parties that cannot be avoided. 19.2. If the event continues for 14 days, either party may terminate this agreement by notifying the other party without compensation for damages. 19.3. This agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. All disputes shall be resolved by Croatian courts in accordance with applicable legal rules.
